This is  Pearl iZUMi’s Tri Fly 3 triathlon shoe.   It is their lightest, most efficient Tri shoe ever.

All we can say is that this is a great shoe.  Its light, fast and provides great power transfer.  Minimal upper construction lessens weight while the upper is fully lined with mesh so you can compete barefoot. Notched, reverse pull-straps open quickly for smooth transitions.
